2 weeks ago Rm 28 and 29 have started a science experiment called Activity 1.1: Let’s Settle This! This experiment was about observing how sediment settles. Our classes had to read what we had to do and then have a hypothesis. We had to have a bottle and paper. First, having to examine the soil/sand. Next, putting 1 quarter of soil/sand and pouring 3/4 of water. Thirdly, shake it around and over the next few weeks, observe how the sediment settles. We learned how to use better, descriptive words and how sediment settles. It was hands on learning and was a lot of fun.
